So, let’s talk nutrition, yes?

I’m vitamin deficient and suffering malnutrition, believed to be caused by my GP. I’ve been taking a multivitamin for quite awhile now, and I just recently started taking biotin for my hair and nails.

My iron is also low, so I have to take that in pill form as well.

So frustrating if you don’t get what your body needs because your stomach just freakin’ sits there… and does nothing… grrrrr. >.<

Any similar experiences? Thoughts?
